The strongest auction collection so far is going to line up on 26 January 2012 in Munich – Riem at the 9th Southern German Stallion Days: 80 candidates with best bloodlines of European horse breeding apply for the chance of being licensed. Not an easy job for the evaluation committee consisting of the breeding directors Gert Gussmann, Dr. Hartwig Tewes, Uwe Miek, Hans-Willy Kusserow and Dr. Ingo Nörenberg, as well as the sports advisors Dr. Dietrich Plewa and Tjark Nagel. The successes of the former licensed stallions are proving the great work of the evaluation committee: the champion stallion “Don Diamond” is in the finale of the Nürnberger Burgpokal 2011 and is on 2nd rank of the nationwide assessment of the breeding potential. The 6-year-old premium stallion “Franz Josef” became fifth on the Bundeschampionate Dressage and the champion stallion 2011 “Sandbrink” is now also called Landeschampion and the premium stallion “Fürst Gutenberg” became Southern German champion in Nördlingen. The stars of the show jumping course are Ayers Rock, Luftikus Boy, Grand Pilot II and many more with international S-class successes.
Tickets and catalogues for the Stallion Days are available via Hippo Gmbh (Phone: +49 89/ 92 69 67-455). The auction collection is online on www.suedpferde.de including pedigree, pictures and videos.
